- Prepare 1/2 kg of Bhindi/Ladyfinger.
- It's 2 tbsp of Onion paste.

- You need 1/2 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.

- Wash and cut bhindi into 1inch pieces..
- Heat oil in a kadahi and put bhindi pieces..
- Fry bhindi pieces for 5 minutes..
- Renove bhindi from oil and add more oil in kadahi..
- Put fenugreek seeds and when it crackle add onion and garlic paste..
- Add turmeric and chilli powder..
- Mix well and sauté on high flame till oil starts separate..
- Add salt and fried bhindi pieces..
- Mix well and add water, cook till bhindi becomes soft..
- Masala bhindi is ready..
