Ingredients of Dry Bhindi Aloo
- Prepare 300 gms of Bhindi cut into 1inch piece.
- Prepare 2 of medium sized potato cut into long 1/2 inch piece.
- It's 4 tbsp of Oil.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 3-4 of green chilli slit.
- You need 1 of medium size onion half sliced.
- It's 1 of medium sized tomato finely chopped.

Dry Bhindi Aloo step by step
- Heat a pan take oil add cumin seeds, green chilli wait for 1 minute. Then add potato and saute untill it halfcooked. Now add Bhindi and saute it for 2 minutes..
- Now add all dry spices and salt cook it for few minutes..
- Now add onion and tomato, mix well and again cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes..
- After 5 minutes switch off the flame add coriander leaves. Mix well. Serve it with puri and roti..
