  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of coconut scraped.

  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

Bhindi Paturi step by step

  1. Wash and pat dry bhindi.Chop off the head and tail and cut them into 1.5 inch pieces.Soak mustard and poppy seed in hot water for half hour.Strain water.Add curd,green chilli and water as needed to grind the masala into a smooth paste.Scrape coconut.To make the gravy,assemble the mustard,poppy seed paste with scraped coconut.Add little turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste.Add mustard oil.Mix this masala in bhindi.Add 1 tbsp oil on top..
