Ingredients of Dahi Bhindi
- You need 300 gram of Lady finger..
- It's 200 gram of Curd..
- Prepare 1 tbs of besan.
- Prepare to taste of Salt acc.
- It's 2 tbsp of coriandar powder.
- It's 1 tsp of haldi.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's of Oil for frying and for cooking.
- You need 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
- Prepare 2 of onions chopped in small pieces.
- Prepare leaves of Dhaniya.
Dahi Bhindi instructions
- Wash lady finger properly then cut in big pieces.
- Fry them till soft.
- In other pot put curd +besan +ginger garlic paste + corriender powder+haldi +chilli powder +salt and mix well.
- In a kadahi put two tbs of oil.
- Put jeera and onion and fry till light brown.
- Then put curd mixtre and cook for 4/5minutes.
- Then add fried bhindi cook for two minute add kasoori methi and your masala bhindi is ready.
