- You need 2 cup of Chopped Okra or Lady's finger.
- You need 1 cup of Cauliflower florets.
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.

- Heat oil in a pan. Saute Ginger and Garlic mince followed by Onions and Capsicum. Also add the spices. Add all the sauces. Stir in the Vegetables. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes..
- Do not over cook the veggies. Stir in the Vinegar and Sugar now. Adjust Salt according to taste. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Serve hot with Fried Rice as a side dish..
