Ingredients of Garlic Bhindi
- It's 250 gm of Ladyfinger.
- Prepare 8-9 cloves of garlic.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- You need 2 of green chilli.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves as needed.
- It's 4 tbs of mustard oil.
- Prepare 1 tbs of salt.
- It's 1 tbs of jeera.
- You need 1 tbs of haldi.
- You need 1 tbs of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tbs of heeng.
- You need 1/2 tbs of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbs of saunff powder.
- You need 1 tbs of chaat masala.
Garlic Bhindi step by step
- First cut bhindi according to you which shape you want then add 1 tbs mustard oil and mix it....
- Put a kadhai in low flame add mustard oil and roast bhindi for 5 -10 mins...after that the colour of bhindi changed....
- Now again put kadhai add oil,heeng,jeera, chopped garlic,haldi,red chilli,coriander powder and mix it, add chopped tomatoes and cover it with for 5 mins in low flame....
- Add roasted bhindi and 1/2 cup water and cover it....
- In last add salt, saunff powder and chaat masala,coriander leaves..off the flame and cover it....
- Now garlic bhindi is ready for serve....😋😋.
