  8. It's 2 tsp of garam masala.

  1. Take 4 teaspoon of oil & once it's hot put garlic & saute till it's slightly brown. Add jeera & slit green chillies. Saute well..
  2. In other pan put 1 tsp oil & add sliced tomatoes & onions. Saute till it's soft. Once it's cool then make a paste & add it to the mixture. Saute till you see oil from sides..
  3. Add garam masala. Boiled chole & sauté..
  4. In another pot boil spinach leaves. & make a paste once they are cool. Add the paste to the mixture. Add water if required. Add salt as per taste. Let it cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame..
  5. Garnish with coriander & onions. Serve with hot jeera rice..
