- Take gram flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, chat masala, carom seeds, salt and rice flour and mix well..
- Gradually add water and make a smooth batter. Make sure your batter don't goes too runny..
- Place the pan, pour some oil. Once the oil is hot. Dip the whole spinach leaf into the batter, coat the batter on both sides..
- Slowly drop and deep fry..
