- Prepare 1 cup of dalia (soaked).
- You need 1 handful of palak.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of curd.
- You need 2 of green chilies.
- Prepare 4 cloves of garlic.
- You need of few laves coriander.
- It's 1 tsp of ghee.
- You need 3 of black pepper corn.
- It's 1 inch of long cinnamon.
- It's 1 of bay leaf.
- It's 1/2 cup of paneer.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- It's of salt for taste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala (optional).

Palak Paneer Dalia instructions
- In a blander add palak, coriander, curd, green chilies, garlic. And make a smooth paste..
- In a pan add ghee, black pepper, cinnamon & bay leaf..
- Add paste & cook it for 2 mins..
- Add soaked dalia. Mix well & saute for 2 mins..
- Add water & mix well. let it cook on a low flame..
- Cover it & every 3 mins mix it. till dalia absorb all water..
- Add salt, garam masala, paneer & mix well..
- In a serving plate transfer cooked dalia. and garnish it with paneer & pomegranate..
