- Rinse palak leaves well. Chopped finely. Rinse all dal together well. Put all dal, palak, peanuts in a pressure cooker..
- Add 2 cups of water, methi seeds, slices of kachcha aam, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and grated ginger..
- Heat on medium flame for 2 whistle. Then reduced the flame to low and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas..
