- Blanch the palak and make a puree with the coriander leaves.
- Take a mixture jar and add garlic ginger green chilli and almonds. Make a coarse paste.
- Take a pan and heat the oil. Now add cumin seed add bay leaf whole red chilli and add the coarse paste. Sauté for few seconds. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
