- Prepare 250 gms of Paneer.
- It's 1 bunch of Palak.
- It's of Onion & tomatoes, coarsely grinded.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of Ginger- garlic paste.
- It's of Mustard seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare of Ghee, salt, turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Green chillies, sugar, a pinch of hing & salt as per taste.
- You need of Cream for garnishing.

- Blanch the palak first and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Now heat oil+ghee in a pan. Splutter sume mustard seeds. Add a pinch of hing. Now add onion, tomatoes paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, corriender powder, cumin powder, green chillies and fry them till the pan starts to leave the pan. Now add little 1 tsp sugar and give it a stir..
- Now add the palak puree, cover it with a lid and cook it for some time in a low flame. Wen the oil starts comming up, add the paneer cubes and saute it for 2 to 3 mins. Garnish it with some fresh cream & serve hot with rice or any parathas of your choice..
