- You need 1 cup of paneer.
- You need 1 of onion.

Palak Paneer step by step
- Clean the palak in saltwater and cook for 2 mins in boiling water. Cool it. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic with palak. Blend it all together as a smooth paste without adding water..
- Heat the pan with butter. Roast the spices till it pops up. Add finely chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown..
- Add palak paste and mix well. Add Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & Garam masala and mix well. Add 2cups water and boil in Low flame for 5 mins..
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins. Switch off the flame once gravy thicken. Garnish with butter or fresh cream.serve hot with chapati.
