Ingredients of Palak Poori
- It's 100 g of boiled spinach spinach.
- You need 2 cups of Wheat flour.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Carom seeds.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Black til.
- Prepare 1 cup of Warm water.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- Prepare 2 cups of Refined oil/Desi ghee.
Palak Poori instructions
- For boiling spinach take a kadai and add 1cups of water to it..
- Add a pich of salt to it and let it boil,once the water starts boiling add spinach to it..
- Let it boil so that it gets aromatic..
- Now let le spinach cools and make it in a puree form..
- Now for preparing a dough take a large size bowl and add wheat flour to it..
- Add carom seeds,Black til,1tbsp of ghee,salt and the spinach mixture to it..
- Mix it all well and prepare a nice dough by adding water as per the requirement..
- Now let the dough rest for 20minutes..
- After 20minutes the dough will be nicely fermented the make small balls of it and roll it with the help of rolling pin..
- Now take a kadai and heat 2cups of oil to it..
- Once the oil gets heated one by one put the pooris into the oil..
- Serve it hot with the sabzi/chutneys..
