Ingredients of Palak Poori

  1. It's 100 g of boiled spinach spinach.
  2. You need 2 cups of Wheat flour.
  3. You need 1/2 tbsp of Carom seeds.
  4. It's 1/2 tbsp of Black til.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Warm water.
  6. You need 1/2 tbsp of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Desi ghee.
  8. Prepare 2 cups of Refined oil/Desi ghee.

Palak Poori instructions

  1. For boiling spinach take a kadai and add 1cups of water to it..
  2. Add a pich of salt to it and let it boil,once the water starts boiling add spinach to it..
  3. Let it boil so that it gets aromatic..
  4. Now let le spinach cools and make it in a puree form..
  5. Now for preparing a dough take a large size bowl and add wheat flour to it..
  6. Add carom seeds,Black til,1tbsp of ghee,salt and the spinach mixture to it..
  7. Mix it all well and prepare a nice dough by adding water as per the requirement..
  8. Now let the dough rest for 20minutes..
  9. After 20minutes the dough will be nicely fermented the make small balls of it and roll it with the help of rolling pin..
  10. Now take a kadai and heat 2cups of oil to it..
  11. Once the oil gets heated one by one put the pooris into the oil..
  12. Serve it hot with the sabzi/chutneys..
