  6. Now add all the spices: turmeric, red chilli, coriander and mixed masala powders. Saute till oil separates from the sides..
  7. Extract the tamarind pulp strain and add to the kulzhambu. Add salt, cover and cook for 10 minutes..
  8. When it starts boiling add the ladies finger. Boil for 5 minutes and finally add jaggery. Mix well..
